Roll the portions into balls, and roll into a long sausage shape about 45cm (17"), holding one end wrap the dough around your fingers pushing the end under and place them in a baking tray. Cover and let it rise for a further 1 hour. When it's risen, brush with beaten egg wait 10 minutes brush again and sprinkle with brown sugar, bake in preheated oven 190c (374 F) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
